SCUBA BIOFOULING BARRIER
This protective barrier for SCBA's, SCUBA tanks, and other maritime products, is used to add a layer of protection from marine and highly corrosive environments. Coating is applied to surfaces by a scalable proprietary process to impart super hydrophobic properties which are extremely water repellent. The benefits are three fold:
1) Prevents rust under highly corrosive environments
2) Reduces hydrodynamic drag in maritime environments
3) Reduces biofouling build up
Preventative maintenance costs are greatly reduced both in materials and man hours utilized for the equipment upkeep.
